1. Application
This test method can be used for the determination of elastic
nonwoven floor coatings such as refractory rubber coatings,
refractory polyethylene asbestos tiles and flame retardancy of
fireproof felt. Complying with GB/T12441-2005 (Appendix C) FED.TEST
METHOD STD.NO 501A; (FLOOR COVERINGS, RESILIENT NONTEXTILE:
SAMPLING AND TESTING) METHOD 6411 "FIRE RESISTANCE" test standard.
2. Performance parameters
(1) Rotator flowmeter can adjust combustion gas flow.
(2) The gas source is natural gas and compressed air.
(3) High precision pressure regulating valve to regulate the gas
pressure required by the standard.
(4) The machine is equipped with a strong exhaust system.
(5) Observe combustion with visual images;
(6) Refractory material is high temperature calcium silicate board.
(7) Adopt 16 bit high precision card + computer control, WINDOWS XP
operation interface.
(8) The machine consists of three parts: a combustion hood, a
combustion car and a control box.
(9) The front door has an observation window, which can observe the
burning situation at any time.
(10) The HD camera system equipped with this device can save the
video of the test process.
(11) The flue is divided into horizontal flue and vertical flue.
The horizontal flue floor is made of thin steel plate.
(12) Sample holder: the horizontal flue is equipped with a sample
clip, which is made of low carbon steel.
(13) Power: 1.5KW, AC 220V / 50HZ

customer's misoperation.
