1. Application
This set of equipment is suitable not only for testing the 45
degree burning characteristics of automobile pipeline, but also for
identifying the interior decoration materials of automobiles (cars,
multi-purpose passenger cars, trucks and buses), such as seat
cushions, seat backs, seat covers, seat belts, etc. Head pillow,
armrest, movable folding roof, all decorative lining, dashboard,
sundries box, indoor goods rack board, or rear window sill board,
curtain, floor covering...) Evaluation of horizontal combustion
characteristics.
Among them, the design and manufacture of "45 degree combustion
characteristic test machine for automotive pipeline" meets the test
requirements of 902137-03 and TL1010_EN-1997, and the design and
manufacture of "combustion test machine for automotive interior
materials" meets the requirements of GB/T8410 and other standards.
The equipment is mainly composed of "45 degree combustion test box
for automobile pipeline", "electronic control box" and "combustion
test box for automobile interior materials".
Combustion box and control box are high quality stainless steel
structure, beautiful appearance, corrosion resistance, and control
system automation, with convenient observation and recording,
stable and reliable use and other characteristics.

(1) The dimension of the combustion chamber: L420 * W205 * H370 mm
(2) Sample Jig: This machine has 2 sets of U jig. One set of sample
fixture is used for standard sample preparation (100 mm), the other
set is used for non-standard sample preparation (< 80 mm).
(3) Flame / burning time: 0 ~ 99.99 s/min/h set at random.
(4) Burning lamp: nozzle with inner diameter of 9.5 mm, burning
angle is 90 degree, nozzle length is 100 mm.
