IEC 884 Plug Pulling Force Tester / Test Apparatus

1. Introduction

This device is under the standards of GB2009.1, IEC884-1 and other electrical accessories related standards and design requirements. Mainly used for detecting the plug is pulled out the maximum force and unipolar bolt from the plug bush assembly pull out the required minimum force. Main to test diode triode 10A, 10A and 16A test, 16A test and 10A pin plug. The test device has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, for you to test plug pullout force to provide convenient.

2. Operation steps

(1) Put the sample plug into the die holder and connect tightly.

(2) Clamp both sides of the socket.

(3) Put the weight hanging in the clip of the circular ring chain, if weight is not dropped, then plug pullout force F ( the plug is pulled out the maximum force) is more than the weight of gravity G, at this point, will add weight to the weight ( according to the gravity of the order from small to large ), as hanging weight, weight drop, then this plug sample pull-out force F is less than or equal to the weight of gravity G (F ≤ G ).

(4) After the testing, please should be timely to record test results, finishing to put the test apparatus to right place, facilitate the next test.

3. Matters needing attention

When testing, should put device and weight in the safety area, in order to avoid hidden danger.

(1) Before the test, the test device should be placed on the level of desktop.

(2) Weight should be taken gently, avoiding such careless to handling to damage of

weight, so that the measurement is not accurate, thus affecting the test result.

(3) After the testing, please put test device to right place for use next time.
