1. Application

ZY6015B charging pile Cable torsion pendulum testing machine is suitable for TUV, VDE, UL and other high flexible cable detection requirements. The structure of the machine is a 6-position tandem. It is mainly used for the repeated torsion test of metal wires after longitudinal installation to detect the performance and defects of metal wires under plastic deformation in the repeated torsion test. Cables providing power or transmitting signals for robotic arms are widely used by wire and cable manufacturers, universities, commodity inspection departments and scientific research institutes because of their reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, precise control and simple operation.

3. Note

(1) The equipment must be placed in a stable, strong (table) surface, not suitable for tilting.

(2) When the equipment is in use, it must be grounded reliably to avoid electric shock.

(3) The weight of equipment matching should be carefully taken in place to prevent damage.

(4) The environment for this equipment should be dry and wet, so as to prevent equipment from being rusted.

(5) If the equipment is not used for a long time, it is necessary to energize the equipment regularly to prevent circuit faults.

(6) Timely sorting out test equipment to keep the equipment clean.
