1. Description

ZY6237 Wind Power Cable Low Temperature Torsion Test Machine is suitable for all cables in wind turbines which are directed from engine room to tower and need to be twisted during the process of wind blower to wind. The main components of electrical appliances are Siemens, Omron and Zhengtai products, which have long durability. A series of protective devices, such as self-locking switch made in Shanghai and over-temperature sound-light alarm, are selected. The test box is mainly imported from France, the Taikang all closed condensing compressor unit. Excellent performance standard unit, unit lifespan up to 15 years, in line with international environmental protection requirements, Shanghai and France networking testing. Two sets of cascade refrigeration units are selected for the whole refrigeration system. Environmental R404A.R23 refrigerant is used as refrigerant, pressure switch, vapor-liquid separator, drying filter, expansion valve, solenoid valve and other imported brands are selected for refrigeration system. Italian imported products are selected for condenser, EBM brand fan for fan, high quality oxygen-free copper pipe for cryogenic pipeline and nitrogen charging. Welding, temperature balance using energy regulation technology for "unloading" balance temperature control mode, saving energy and other advantages. Circulating air duct adopts air conditioning air supply system, fan adopts special air conditioning long axis motor, centrifugal blade, stainless steel fin heater, refrigeration evaporator, circulating shutter. The air supply cycle is uniform and the temperature is reliable.
