High Flexible Cable Chain Bending Fatigue Test Machine

1. Descriptions

Suitable for repeated U-bending fatigue tests of high flexible cables such as TUV, VDE and UL, which require continuous bending and high-speed movement, such as internal manifestation cabling, high-speed towing system cables, connecting cables of moving parts of machines, internal wiring of machines, and repeated bending fatigue of industrial towed cables and industrial robot cables test. The function of the machine is designed to run in front and back synchronous double track. It has independent test parameter setting, test data acquisition and test results identification.

For enterprises to improve the efficiency of testing and reduce energy. It is mainly used to detect whether the flexible cable is short-circuited and the insulating sheath is cracked, damaged or other abnormal phenomena after repeated high-speed U-bending tests.
