1. Overview
This test machine is suitable for mechanical impact resistance of
mine rubber flexible cables below 6KV. Meet the standard
requirements of GB12972, MT818.
2. Matters Needing Attention
The hammer of this test machine weighs 20kg and has a high impact
height. It must be safe when doing the test to avoid injury to the
body parts such as hands and feet. The protective latch (the latch
under the weight) and the fixed latch (the latch under the
electromagnetic plate) must be inserted before the test. When the
test is to be carried out, the fixing pin can be pulled out to
prevent the electromagnet from being powered off or damaged,
causing the hammer to fall and causing harm to the human body.

4. Test Preparation
(1) The test core cross section and the corresponding number of
cable impacts are specified as;
(16—35)mm2: 2 times;
(50—l20)mm2: 3 times.
(2) Sample preparation
One sample was taken from the finished cable and was about 2 m
long.

necessary. The charges will be occurred if it is caused by
customer's misoperation.
