1. Principles and methods

It uses the low temperature and high temperature storage hot trough, according to the movement need, uses the cylinder valve to switch the cold and hot air, thus achieves the fast temperature impact effect, balances the temperature control system (BTC) + the special design supply air circulation system, controls the SSR by the P.I.D. method, causes the heating amount of the system to be equal to the heat loss, therefore makes it long-term stable use.

2.2 Laboratory temperature: －40℃～150℃

2.3 Temperature fluctuation: ±1.0℃

2.5 Shock recovery time: - 40 ~ +150 C, about 5 min (no load),

High and low temperature shock constant temperature time is more than 30 min each.

2.6 Heat preservation material: High temperature trough: aluminum silicate insulation cotton.

2.7 Heater: finned radiant tubular stainless steel electric heater.

2.9 Impact Temperature Programmable Controller: The original imported LCD touch-controlled translucent screen direct button-type controller, in Chinese and English, shows a wide perspective of 7 inch graphics, high contrast with adjustable backlight function of large LCD display controller.
