I. Application

Xenon lamp test chamber uses xenon arc lamp which can simulate all sunlight spectrum to reproduce destructive light wave in different environment. It can provide corresponding environment simulation and accelerated test for scientific research, product development and quality control. Xenon lamp test box can be used to select new materials, improve existing materials or evaluate the durability of materials after composition changes in the test, it can be a good simulation of different environmental conditions, materials exposed to sunlight changes. Meet the criteria: GB/T16585-1996, GB14522-93, GB/T16422.3-97, ASTM D2565.

3. Temperature and Humidity Operation Control System

Controller: imports programmable full touch 7 inches

Accuracy range: setting accuracy: temperature (± 0.1℃), humidity (± 2% R.H), indicating accuracy: temperature (± 0.1℃), humidity (± 1% R.H)

Temperature and humidity sensor: platinum resistance.PT 100 Omega / MV

Blackboard temperature: bimetallic blackboard thermometer

The water supply system: humidified by automatic control, and xenon lamp is used for cooling and circulating water.

Circulatory system: heat resistant and low noise air conditioner motor. Multi leaf centrifugal wind wheel.

The control system: mainly composed of operation panel, central controller, various key switches, status indicator lights, executive electrical appliances and so on.

4. The structural part of the box body

Door frame adopts environment-friendly silicone rubber sealing strip which can endure high and low temperature for a long time.

The front face of the box body is provided with a glass observation window, which is covered with a film to protect the eyes from xenon lamp radiation damage.

Outer box:

The outer box body is processed by numerical control machine tool, the outer shell of the box body is processed by high quality cold rolled steel plate, and the surface is treated by acid washing and phosphating and electrostatic spraying.

Door and door buckle:

Double-layer refined silicone rubber is used to seal the box door, so there is no aging and hardening phenomenon under high and low temperature conditions, and the sealing is more reliable.

The test box is a single door (embedded door handle) and adopts no reaction handle.

There are observation windows, frost protection devices and switch controlled lights on the door.
