1. Product Specifications
This machine is applicable to GB/T2951-2008 "General Test Methods
for Cable and Cable Insulation and Jacking Materials" and standard
test requirements such as GB12706.1-2008, IEC60502-1:2004,
GB11017-2002, IEC60502-1:2004.
Applicable to large cross-linked cables and control cables. It is
an indispensable test instrument for preparing insulated and
sheathed samples. It is used to complete the thermal extension test
and tensile test of the sample (making standard dumbbell samples),
and further evaluate the mechanical properties of the samples. And
physical properties, so that the product meets the standard
requirements.
The sliding part of the machine adopts the special dovetail slot of
the machine tool and the precision drive screw to make the
equipment run more smoothly and accurately.

(2) Cutting thickness range: 0.5~2.0mm.
(3) It can be cut test piece diameter: Ф10 ~ Ф40 mm (cable section
section, optional Ф160mm fixture plate).

horizontally;
