IEC60811 Wire Cable Low Temperature Tensile Test Apparatus
1. Overview
It is used for tensile testing of polymer materials, wire and
cable, rubber, plastic and other insulating sheaths in low
temperature environment. Its design and manufacture conform to the
standards GB/T2951.14-2008, Articles 8.3 and 8.4, VDE 0472Part616,
IEC 60811-1-4 and other test standards require that the device is
widely used in wire and cable testing centers, wire and cable
manufacturers, and polymer materials research and development
institutions.

temperature drawing device is placed in the low temperature box for
testing, and the control box is placed outside for operation.

3. Matters needing attention
(1) The equipment installation place must be equipped with AC220V
power supply for its use.
(2) This equipment must be placed in an indoor environment free
from direct sunlight and dryness.
(3) It is forbidden to place corrosive, flammable and explosive
materials on the equipment to avoid damage to the equipment.
(4) This equipment must be grounded reliably during the test to
avoid electric shock.
(5) Spray lubricant on the transmission components of the device
regularly to prevent the component from rusting the test.
(6) After the test is finished, clean the test device in time to
keep the equipment clean and dry.
