1. Application
ZY6012A pneumatic sample slicer is used for rubber factory and
scientific research unit to punch the standard rubber test piece
before the tensile test. For similar materials, the machine can
also be die cut.

This machine is used to die-cut rubber, plastic, leather and other
special materials into various standard test pieces for testing. It
can also be used as a small punch.

3. The structure is briefly described
The punching machine is mainly composed of: cylinder, vacuum gauge,
base, yoke and platform.
4. Method Of Use
(1) Put a piece of cardboard on the platform of the base;
(2) placing the sample blank on the plane of the cardboard;
(3) Place the cutter on the specimen on the workbench so that the
cutting edge plane is parallel to the platform of the base;
(4) Press the cutting knife to punch it into a standard sample.
5. Matters Needing Attention And Maintenance
(1) The plane of the punching cutting edge should be parallel to
the plane of the table. When cutting, the cutting edge should not
be in contact with the plane of the table, so as not to damage the
cutting edge.
(2) After use, the punching cutter should be coated with anti-rust
oil to prevent corrosion.
(3) Apply dust cover after use to prevent oil and dust from
entering.
